You may see many emails each day containing each new item added to the site, and then more messages when changes are made to any one post.

For some people, these emails may be useful information and easier to receive than logging into the website directly. For others, you may wish to turn off the email notifications and still view everything by logging into the website. If this is true, you will need to log in to the website, click on "My information and settings" (on the right side of the website), next click on the "Edit" button. Use the down arrow key to scroll down the page to a box labeled "organic group settings". This box contains choices for "Email Notifications". You may then choose "Never send email notifications."
