I have a Master of Diplomcy in International Conflict Management and Terrorism. Currently, a Doctoral of Executive Leadershiip candidate. I worked on African issues and inquirying the process on how to become a member of a TRC investigation. I work on security cooperation and building partnership activities between the miitary, Department of State, and host countries. Who do I need to contact and what is the process? Can someone assist?
