Grace is a fund development professional with over six years experience in human rights project management, major gifts fundraising and donor relations. She joined Amnesty International's section in Canada in 2007 as the Refugee Cooridnator, managing the organization's advocacy and intervention for individuals facing deportation from Canada. Grace is now a Major Gifts Fundraising Officer with Amnesty and is passionate about finding more effective and creative ways to get donors, human rights practitioners, fundraisers and rights holders to relate to one another to effect change for human rights. 

Before working with Amnesty International, Grace was a legal advisor with Africa Middle East Refugee Assistance (AMERA), a refugee legal aid organization in Cairo, Egypt, and a labour market integration policy researcher at the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration. She holds an MA in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Ryerson University in Toronto, and an Honour's BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Working knowledge of conversational Taiwanese, Mandarin and Arabic.
