Mark Holterhaus
A seasoned communicator and activist, I have broad experience in business and nonprofit communications in the U.S.
and internationally. As a consultant for LaBreche, I advise businesses, nonprofits and other organizations on the use of new media,
e-marketing and information design, as well as grassroots advocacy and
communications strategy.

Prieviously, I worked as communications
coordinator for the New Tactics in Human Rights Project, where I managed on-line communications and collaborated with global
partners to design and implement advocacy and training initiatives.
Earlier in in my career, I worked for AFS Intercultural Programs, American RadioWorks and Ingénieurs Sans Frontières in Paris, France. I also spent time as a licensed fishing guide in Skwentna, Alaska.
I have a bachelor’s degree in French Studies from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking and outdoor pursuits of any kind.
