An Advisory Committee of nine world leaders - including former heads of state and leaders of significant stature from government and business-provides advice for developing the project, helps secure resources and promotes the ideas to wider audiences.

A Working Group of 22 human rights leaders from 18 countries provides leadership and expertise to the project. Working Group members help identify new tactics, recommend potential participants for training workshops and shaping the overall direction of the project.

"As a collective, we have found collaboration within Peru to be extremely helpful and effective, and believe that a similar approach at the international level would be even more powerful. The decision to support and be involved in the [New Tactics] project is based on our commitment to share our experience in national human rights campaigns, and to learn from other organizations around the world." - Sofia Macher, Peru, Member, National Truth & Reconciliation Commission; former Executive Director, Coordinadora Nacional de Derecho Humanos

Partner Organizations help advance the project in each region of the world, including assisting in the coordination of the Regional Training Workshops.
