The Foundation Democracy in Liberia is a human Rights and pro-democracy organization that is engage in prodemocratic and Human rights issues of concerns as its relate the awareness and sensitization of human rights Education,Domestic violence,accountability and transparancy,rule of laws,Child labor,etc.This organization was Founded as a result of scarce access to democracy and the rights of basic social Infrastructural services and development with respect to the benefit of rural community dwellers of the leward counties of our country.This organization was borne out the vision and dream of given the majority of the people who do not have assess to people or organization that would speak on their behave thereby given them the hope and fervant .aspiration of a voice.I'am Mr. D.Siaffa Dennis Morris,the executive Director of the above mentioned organization.I'am a Liberian citizen and Thirty year of old.I hold a B.B.A degree in Accountant at the University of Liberia and emphasis in Economics 2003/2004.the vision for social works have been a burning issues envitaibles in my life for me to resist.but rather,the passion for this work have given me the urge to always serve and circumspectly perform if not to people expectation but at least to a satisfactory and an appreciable level of performance and not claim.Nevertheless, i have gotten a wealth of experience with respect to training in the field of HIV/AIDS,HUMAN RIGHTS,Transitional Justice,SEA & GBV issues,media Relation,Constitutional Reforms,Statistics,Advocacy,Budgetary Transparancy,Evironmental Impact Assessment,just to name a few and many other more. Mission StatementThe mission of FDL is to enhance the promotion and protection of Democracy and Human Rights of every citizen through well and coordinated responses in as a whole.
