New Tactics Workbook - now available in Farsi

workbook New Tactics is very pleased to announce that Freedom House recently completed the Farsi translation of the New Tactics in Human Rights: A Resource for Practitioners book. The translation is available here on the New Tactics website as well as on Gozaar, a bilingual Farsi-English site.

This book, while by no means exhaustive, is an illustration of the breadth of tactics being used by the international human rights community. It is a testament both to the creativity - often born of necessity - of human rights practitioners and to the power of tactical and strategic thinking.

New Tactics in Human Rights: A Resource for Practitioners contains descriptions of over 80 tactics, categorized into four types of tactics: Prevention Tactics, Intervention Tactics, Restorative Tactics, and Building Human Rights Cultures and Institutions. This workbook also contains resources to help you develop creative tactics and strategies, adapt tactics to your situation, share your tactics with others, and information on self-care for you and your team.

You can download a copy of this workbook in Farsi for free on our website.
