The RCTV is an organization based in Moldova and works on the rehabilitation through a complex medico-social and legal assistance of the persons who, from different reasons, became victims of physical or psychological torture, violence, inhuman or degrading treatment as well as promotion of the building of a society without torture. They found the Tactical Mapping from the Training Tools section of this website to be a useful tool in their work.

"Some years ago, we received from our colleagues from ICAR Foundation a sample of a draft of the Tactical Map, which is exposed in our center. We used it in our daily work, especially to understand better and to approach in an adequate way the phenomenon of torture in Moldova . Being inspired by this map, we created some own simple materials in order to use and spread during the organized preventive and informative events."
