I work on a project called the National Capacity Building at CVT. One tool we use is Webinars or on-line seminars as a format for sharing one person's knowledge with others.

I would love to hear from anyone in the community who also works at trying share expertise! I think this New Tactics site will be a big help to our work...

I think I have been able to participate in a couple of on line capacity building programmes of the NTP. The programmes are quite orignal and innovative. We have been able to share our views on line, we have had on line conference debates with car5efully selected panelists. This is great work CVT is doing and I look forward to an exciting Web site when it is completed. Already, without it being complete, we are wonderfully enjoy interactions. Thanks to CVT.
