Just saw this link about a Tibetan activist who was recently arrested in Bejing for blogging and vlogging (video blogging) about the Chinese government. I hope she's ok.

Blogging and vlogging in Bejing

The Tibetan activist and other Canadian activists arrested in Beijing have been released and have left China.

This is certainly an interesting tactic and one to use with care and considerable preparation when wanting to raise public (and therefore potential hostile government) awareness.
