Alexandre Ciconello is a lawyer with Degree from São Paulo University, expert in Human Rights by the American University - Washington College of Law (Humphrey Program – Fulbright), and holds a Master's Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Brasilia. He works in the fields of: human rights, budget and public policies, public security and racial equality. Alexandre is in the board of the Brazilian Platform for Human Rights (Economic, Social, Cultural and Enviromental Rights) and is a member of the National Public Security Council (Conasp) as councilor.
