Kamal Pathak, a Nepalese human rights activist and lawyer, has worked with a human rights NGO Advocacy Forum – Nepal for more than 10 years and has carried out several interviews with survivors of torture, and with families and witnesses in cases of enforced disappearances, extra-judicial executions, etc. He is involved in litigating cases at both national and international levels and is involved in campaigning against torture and impunity in Nepal. He has also dealt with several cases of risks, threats to human rights defenders and victims of human rights violations and witnesses. Currently, he is completing his second master's degree through Erasmus Mundus titled Human Rights Policy and Practice in Sweden, Spain and England, which he started in August 2015.
