(Spain, 1962) Medical doctor and expert in protection, co-director of the Training and Research Unit of Protection International. He has worked with various international organisations on projects in El Salvador, Sri Lanka, Colombia and Guatemala and on short missions to other countries. He is a trainer, researcher and consultant and has published various articles and books on the subject of protection.
