Analia joined the Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID) in 2011 as Manager of a strategic initiative for Women Human Rights Defenders (WHRDs). At AWID, Analia oversees the development and implementation of actions to protect and support WHRDs, including international and regional advocacy, knowledge-building, strengthening alliances, and constituency engagement in solidarity with WHRDs at risk of violence or violations of their rights. Analia represents AWID on the Executive Committee of the WHRD International Coalition and on the Steering Group of the Meso-American Initiative of WHRDs.
