Celine FOUGA
In possession of a Master degree in History, I studied the recent history of The Great African Lakes. Then, after training in Information, Communication and Documentation, I carried out an audit on the International Documentation Network on the Great African Lakes Region and worked there for three years as a Consultant in Documentation.
Afterwards, I managed the multimedia library of the Alliance Française in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), and worked in several associations in Marseille (France).
Today, I work as an independent consultant in documentation. My last missions took place in Bujumbura (Burundi). In 2011, in collaboration with Swisspeace (peace research institute), I established an inventory of the archives concerning human rights owned by local NGO’s. Recently, I organized the archives and documentations of a European program: Post Conflict Project on Rural Development.
