Since December 2009, I am the Director of elquintopoder.cl, an online community of Fundación Democracia y Desarrollo (Chile) that promotes citizens' participation. From late 90s until 2009, I worked at the Directorate of Libraries, Archives & Museums, where I had the opportunity to be part of BiblioRedes, an initiative funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Government of Chile, that helped public libraries throughout the country became the most important public network bridging the digital divide in the country.
