Jaybee is currently the National Coordinator of Alyansa Tigil MIna (Alliance to Stop Mining) or ATM in the Philippines.  He was a co-convenor of the alliance since it was founded in 2005.  Before going full-time in the mining campaign work, he used to head a rural development network and is one of the civil soceity representatives to the Phlipine Council for Sustainable Development (PCSD).  Part of his responsbilities in coordinating the campaign against desructuve large-scale mining in the Philippines include engaging a national platforms on indigenous peoples, clmate justice and revenue transparency.  He is sitting as a board or steering committee member on several of these CSO formations.
