Kristi Rendahl is the organizational development advisor on the Partners in Trauma Healing (PATH) project at The Center for Victims of Torture (www.cvt.org). In that position, she provides on-site and virtual technical assistance to 10 torture rehabilitation centers around the world in order to increase staff and board capacity for resource development, strategic planning, effective governance, performance management, and a range of other organizational development issues.

She manages a partnership with the Leadership, Management and Governance project of Management Sciences for Health that augments the scope and depth of technical assistance provided to partner centers. The project is funded by USAID, and includes clinical, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational development components. Partner organizations were selected through a competitive process and are located in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Moldova, Georgia, Lebanon, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Liberia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia.

Rendahl is also the founder of Prairie Talks (www.prairietalks.org), a monthly columnist for the Armenian Weekly, and a commentator on Minnesota Public Radio. She holds undergraduate degrees in music and communication, a master's degree in nonprofit management, and is currently working toward a doctorate in public administration.
