Sacajawea "saki" Hall is a black feminist activist, journalist and birth worker engaged in the collective struggle for human rights, social justice and transformation. With over 10 years experience on the local, national, and international level, she has worked to promote race, gender and class equity. saki has provided leadership for political mobilizations, direct actions, conferences, fundraising initiatives, and communications to numerous organizations, coalitions, and networks throughout the United States including the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, the US Human Rights Network, the Southern Grassroots Economies Project, and Cooperation Jackson. Sacajawea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed a post-graduate program through the Center for African Studies and African Gender Institute at the University of Cape Town.
