Ayman Malhis has been a key member of the New Tactics in Human Rights MENA team since February 2018, leading the program’s digital transformation and online presence in Arabic. His role encompasses managing the program’s website, social media platforms, online community, and e-learning initiatives, ensuring they align with New Tactics’ mission to support human rights defenders.

Ayman played a pivotal role in developing the Tactical Mapping Tool (TMT), an innovative platform that visualizes complex human relationships to drive strategic advocacy and solutions. With a strong background in graphic design, and holding a bachelor’s degree from Amman Al Ahliyya University, Ayman brings creativity and precision to every project he undertakes.

Passionate about empowering activists, Ayman leverages his expertise in digital media and strategic communication to foster impactful human rights campaigns and help there voices across the region.
