I have been working at the APT since December 2010 as the Detention Monitoring Program Officer. I previously worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as protection delegate and head of office conducting visits to prisons, military camps, police stations and other places of detention in various contexts including the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC); Darfur, Sudan and Rwanda. My academic background is in International Human Rights Law and Development Studies. I am fluent in English and French.
